Returns

When ordering from us we try to ensure to you receive your goods as soon as possible and in peak condition. We understand that however, for various reasons including human error, manufacturing defaults and other conditions may prompt you to want to return your goods. You may do so under the following conditions:

• If the product is broken upon receiving the package, you may request a refund and return the products to us in its original condition.
• If you order a product and it is not the product that you receive, you will be refunded and can return the products in its original condition.
• If you the package that you receive does not include all the products ordered as part of the invoice you request a refund within the first 72hours of receiving the package and return the package in its original condition to us.
• If you have been incorrectly billed for a package then you may request a refund and return any received goods to us

We hope there will be no reason to ever want to request a refund or return. If you have any questions or disputes then please feel free to contact us at any time to resolve the issue.

Your Packaged Shipment

Your order will be packaged with the utmost care to ensure that you receive all the products that you ordered in pristine condition.

• You have the option to self-courier or pick up your package at the store.
• A delivery fee is added depending on the mode of transport chosen.
• Your order will be shipped within 48 hours during week days.
• International clients please need to use the All African Express store; creativeartsupplies.co.za is only for customers based in South Africa
